Art and Sol Project (Proposal) In October 2007, the Museums & Cultural Affairs Department of El Paso City had an open call for artist to do the public art project. It was to present prepared sphere as El Paso's symbolic art. Although my proposal design was successfully selected, Unfortunately the commission was canceled because of my visa problem. |
